Immunization Policy

Wake Forest University has adopted Immunization Requirements for students enrolled in residential programs. School of Law students in the Juris Doctor (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), and Doctor of Juridical Science (SJD) programs must meet the requirements as outlined, unless granted an exemption. Students are encouraged to view the Student Health Service New Students webpage for more information.

Students enrolled in the online Master of Studies in Law (MSL) program who will not attend any classes on-campus are not required to comply with the above immunization policies.

New Students and Health Information & Immunization Form Documentation

All new School of Law students in the JD, LLM, and SJD programs are required to be up-to-date with required vaccines. Students are required to complete the Health Information & Immunization Forms available in the Student Heath Portal with their physician.
